Our dahlias are guaranteed to have live eyes and, to the best of our knowledge, be true to name. In case of incorrect identification or failure, replacement will be gladly sent. Any loss or failure must be reported by November 1st of the same year. No cash refunds, and we are liable only for the lost tuber. We are not responsible for individual planting errors or rodent damage.
When your dahlias arrive, inspect the tubers. Errors must be reported within 10 business days. Guarantee is valid for current growing season only.
Whenever possible, we will do our best to provide potroots to those who have requested them. However, once all potroots have been shipped, we will substitute tubers in all subsequent orders.
Orders will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail on the buyer's requested date.
