Terms of Purchase
Our Guarantee:
Our dahlias are guaranteed to have live eyes and, to the best of our knowledge, be true to name.
In case of incorrect identification or failure, replacement will be gladly sent.
Any loss or failure must be reported by November 1st of the same year.
No cash refunds, and we are liable only for the lost tuber.
We are not responsible for individual planting errors or rodent damage.
When your dahlias arrive, inspect the tubers. Errors must be reported within 10 business days.
Guarantee is valid for current growing season only.
Shipping and Handling:
Orders will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail on the buyer's requested date.
Domestic Orders:
1 - 6 tubers/potroots = $6.00
7 - 12 tubers/potroots = $7.00
13 or more tubers/potroots = $8.00
Foreign Orders:
$30 for Postage and Inspection Fee
Payments:
Dahlias by Les and Viv accepts only checks or money orders.
Payment is due with your order; no CODs will be accepted.
No new orders will be accepted after April 1st.
All orders are subject to availability.
Washington State residents must add 8.8% sales tax.
